Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 13V528000 (STEERING). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE RECALL REPAIR WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. THE DEALER INDICATED THAT PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. THERE ARE NO FAILURES AT THIS TIME. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. UPDATED 06/30/14 MA THE CONSUMER STATED AFTER INSPECTION, THE DEALER ADVISED THE VEHICLE DID NOT HAVE THE DEFECTIVE RECALL PARTS. THEREFORE, THE CONSUMER WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE COMPLAINT. UPDATED 07/2/2014 *JS
