INVESTIGATION SUBJECT : ELECTRONIC THROTTLE BODY MALFUNCTION NHTSA ACTION NUMBER: PE13003 MUST INCLUDE 2008 FORD EDGE TO RECALL LIST!! HAD A VERY CLOSE CALL. VEHICLE SHUT OFF WHILE MAKING TURN WITH ON COMING TRAFFIC. DEALER SAYS THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BECAUSE THIS MODEL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RECALL OF THE DEFECTIVE THROTTLE BODIES! THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY FORD EDGE OWNERS WITH THIS PROBLEM TO BE IGNORED IN THIS RECALL. THANK YOU ! *TR
