Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE CHARGER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER REPLACING THE BATTERY, THE VEHICLE CONTINUOUSLY STALLED WITH THE ILLUMINATION OF THE THROTTLE WARNING LIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO FIND A FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 110,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 140,000.
