THROTTLE STUCK IN THE CLOSED POSITION. THIS HAPPENED SEVERAL MORE TIMES OVER THE NEXT COUPLE YEARS. SOMETIMES AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS AND SOMETIMES AT SLOW SPEEDS. MOST OFTEN IN WARMER WEATHER. *TT
