TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHEVROLET VOLT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE ERRONEOUSLY DEPRESSED THE DRIVE MODE BUTTON AND ALL THE ELECTRICAL POWER FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE MANUFACTURE WAS NOTIFIED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 7,500 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 7,900.
