Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TOYOTA RAV4. THE CONTACT WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA RECALL CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER: 13V383000 (SUSPENSION) AND STATED THAT THE DEALER INDICATED MORE THAN TWICE THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE SOLUTION TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD TO WAIT FOR MONTHS TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS ALSO NOTIFIED AND COULD NOT PROVIDE A REASONABLE DATE FOR WHEN THE CONTACTS VEHICLE WOULD RECEIVE THE RECALL REPAIRS. THERE ARE NO FAILURES AT THIS TIME.
