Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 CHRYSLER 300C. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING ANY SPEED OR COMING TO A STOP, THE ENGINE WOULD STALL IN A JERKING MOTION. THE VEHICLE RESTARTED AND RESUMED NORMALLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REFUELED AND MOST RECENTLY, THE ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR REMAINED ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER NUMEROUS TIMES AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE OR LOCATE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNAVAILABLE.
