I WAS DRIVING BEHIND A VEHICLE WHO STOPPED SUDDENLY AND WHEN I BRAKED, A POWER STEERING MESSAGE CAME ACROSS THE RADIO AND I WAS UNABLE TO TURN MY VEHICLE LEFT OR RIGHT. THE CAR MAKES A CLICKING SOUND WHEN THE POWER STEERING LOCKS UP. IT CAN LOCK UP IN THE MIDDLE OF DRIVING OR WHEN STARTING MY CAR. *TR
