Consumer Description

ON DEC.30 2013 WENT TO OPEN FRONT DRIVERS SIDE DOOR AND HEARD A POP AND DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN, HAD TO CRAWL THROUGH PASSENGER SIDE TO OPEN DOOR. THE NEXT DAY WENT TO OPEN PASSENGER SIDE DOOR AND SAME THING HAPPENED. I TOOK OFF DOOR PANEL AND COULD SEE WHERE THE CABLES HAD COME OFF. TOOK TO THE DEALER AND THEY SAID ON BOTH SIDES THE CABLES HAD POPPED OUT OF THE LATCHES. THEY CHARGED ME $500.00 TO FIX BOTH DOORS. HAPPENED AGAIN IN MARCH 2014 ON PASSENGER SIDE. *TR
