Consumer Description

THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME TWICE, THIS BEING THE SECOND TIME. I WAS SLOWING DOWN TO GET OFF OF THE HIGHWAY ON TO A ROUNDED TURN EXIT WHEN MY STEERING WHEEL FELT AS THOUGH I LOST POWER. IT TIGHTENED UP ON ME. WHEN I CAME OUT OF THE TURN AND STRAIGHTENED THE WHEEL OUT THE STEERING RETURNED TO NORMAL. *TR
