Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE WILL NOT DECELERATE. IT IS OK WHEN YOU FIRST START IT, BUT THE FIRST TIME YOU PUSH THE ACCELERATOR AND LET OFF IT WILL NOT DECELERATE. YOU MUST HOLD THE BRAKE. IF YOU LET GO OF THE BRAKE IT WILL SURGE. VERY DANGEROUS. *TR
