Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN DRIVING OVER ANY ROAD BUMP OR UNEVEN ROAD SURFACE AT SPEEDS OF 45 MPH OR ABOVE, THE VEHICLE WOULD SHAKE VIOLENTLY. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ABLE TO REGAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE UNTIL BRAKING TO A COMPLETE STOP. THE FAILURE WAS RECURRING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURE WERE BOTH MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 85,000.
