THE VEHICLE WILL NOT DECELERATE. IT IS OKAY WHEN YOU FIRST START IT, BUT THE FIRST TIME YOU PUSH THE ACCELERATOR IT WILL NOT DECELERATE. YOU MUST HOLD THE BRAKE. IF YOU LET GO OF THE BRAKE IT WILL SURGE. IT IS DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. *TR
