TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIE ROD WOULD RECURRINGLY FAIL. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TIE ROD THREE TIMES PREVIOUSLY AND THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIE ROD FAILED A FOURTH TIME. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 13V528000 (STEERING) BUT WAS UNABLE TO HAVE THE VEHICLE REPAIRED BECAUSE THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THAT THERE WAS A HOLD ON THE RECALL REPAIR KIT. THE NEW RECALL REPAIR KITS WERE SCHEDULED TO BE REDISTRIBUTED APRIL 20, 2014. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT RECENTLY REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 30,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 101,000. *TR
