Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 BMW Z4. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES FAILED TO FUNCTION AND THE DOOR WOULD NOT RELEASE OPEN. THE CONTACT EXITED THE VEHICLE FROM THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND REPAIRED TWICE. THE FAILURE RECURRED AND THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED FOR MOST RECENT FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 57,618. *TR
