Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2007 CHEVROLET COBALT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED WITHOUT WARNING AS ANOTHER VEHICLE CRASHED INTO THE REAR OF THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE. THE CONTACT AND A PASSENGER BOTH SUSTAINED BACK AND NECK INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND WAS TOWED TO A SALVAGE YARD. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE OF AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 89,000. *TR
