TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 FORD F-350 . THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER WAS TRAVELING AN UNKNOWN SPEED AND CRASHED INTO AN EMBANKMENT. THE IMPACT CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO FLIP IN REVERSE AND LAND ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE DRIVER WAS KILLED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 161,000. *TR
