TL-THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 RAV4 TOYOTA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE SHE WAS PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE THE ACCELERATION PEDAL STUCK TO THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE RAN UP ON A SIDEWALK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOYOTA DEALER. THE MECHANIC HAD NOT DIAGNOSE OR REPAIRED THE FAILURE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,302.LJ
