HEADLIGHTS STAYING ON AFTER CAR IS TURNED OFF AND KEYS ARE TAKEN OUT. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR APPROX.A YEAR. NOW THE LIGHTS WILL SHUT COMPLETELY OFF LOWERING THE LIGHT TO OR FROM HIGHBEAM. CAN CAUSE AN ACCIDENT BY RUNNING OFF ROAD IN THE DARK OR CAUSING AN ACCIDENT LEAVING BRIGHT LIGHTS ON IN ON COMING TRAFFIC. *TR
