Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 BUICK RENDEZVOUS. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING UNDER 5 MPH AND APPROACHING A STOP SIGN WHEN THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE FAILURE WOULD RECUR SPORADICALLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE SEARS SEVERAL TIMES WHERE THE FAILURE WAS CONTRIBUTED TO A LOOSE BATTERY CONNECTION. THE FAILURE PERSISTED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62000. UPDATED 3/25/14*CN THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS FIXED. THERE HAS BEEN NO FAILURE SINCE. UPDATED 04/23/14
