Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 NISSAN SENTRA. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 20 MPH, THE CONTACT SAW SMOKE EMITTING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. THE CONTACT PULLED OFF ROAD AND THEN THE ENTIRE VEHICLE BECAME ENGULFED IN FLAMES. THE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT WERE CALLED TO EXTINGUISH THE FIRE AND A REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND WAS DESTROYED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE INCIDENT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 37,000.
