Consumer Description

THE MAGNUM CONTINUALLY STALLS AFTER FILL UP. WE HAVE MADE A CONCERTED EFFORT NOT TO OVER FILL THE VEHICLE, BUT IT CONTINUES TO STALL FOR A FEW MILES AFTER FILL UP. THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE FOR ALMOST 20,000 MILES NOW. THIS IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE. EITHER MY WIFE OR I HAVE ALMOST BEEN REAR-ENDED DUE TO STALLING IN TRAFFIC. THE DEALER SAYS THEY CAN FIX IT FOR AROUND $1400. THIS SHOULD BE A SAFETY RECALL, NOT SOMETHING DUMPED ON THE OWNER. WHEN YOU GO TO ALL THE MOPAR BLOGS, THIS ISSUE IS COMMON ON ALL 06 - 07 CHARGERS, MAGNUMS AND CHRYSLER 300S. THEY KNOW IT'S THE CHECK VALVE, AND KNOW IT WAS A POOR DESIGN, BUT TOO BAD CONSUMER. *TR
