Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER, WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WERE BROKEN WIRES IN THE HARNESS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MECHANIC HAD TO REPAIR THE PIN CONNECTOR BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATELY FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
