Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 JEEP WRANGLER. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR DRIVER AND PASSENGER'S SIDE DOORS WERE DESIGNED WITHOUT INTERIOR DOOR HANDLES. THE CONTACT STATED THE REAR DOORS HAD TO BE OPENED FROM THE EXTERIOR IN ORDER FOR PASSENGERS TO EXIT THE VEHICLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
