ALL LIGHTS ON THE DASH FLIP OFF AND ON IN SUCCESSION AND THE ODOMETER AND TACHOMETER DROP TO 0 WHILE MAINTAINING SPEED. HIGHBEAMS AND HEADLIGHTS ALSO SEEM TO BE EFFECTED. HAPPENED FIRST ON DECEMBER 31 AND HAS CONTINUED HAPPENING SINCE THIS TIME AT RANDOM TIMES. *TR
