Consumer Description

I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF EXISTING MY VEHICLE, WHEN I PULLED TO OPEN THE DOOR, THE LATCH JUST BROKE OFF. THE LATCH SEEMS LIKE IT'S MADE OF PLASTIC. NOW, I WOULD NEED TO OPEN THE DOOR FROM THE OUTSIDE. I'M CONCERNED TO THE REPERCUSSION IF I HAPPEN TO GET INTO AN ACCIDENT. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. I CONTACTED [XXX] AND SPOKE WITH A REP NAME[XXX].
