TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE REFUELING, FUEL SPEWED OUT OF THE FILLER NECK VALVE WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 80,000.
