Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 200. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 5 MPH, THE BRAKE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED AND A LOUD NOISE EMITTED CONTINUOUSLY. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHENEVER THE BRAKES WERE APPLIED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER THREE TIMES HOWEVER, THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. IN ADDITION, THE FRONT HOOD WAS MISALIGNED AND REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE PROBLEM. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 900. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
