TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 DODGE RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT UPON INSPECTION, THE HIGH BEAM HEAD LAMPS FAILED TO ILLUMINATE NORMALLY. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT WHEN DRIVING AT NIGHT THE HIGH BEAMS WERE VERY DIM. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR WAS THE VEHICLE REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 13,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
