Consumer Description

2012 JEEP WRANGLER. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER TUBE RECALL NOTICE AND UNSATISFACTORY CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DEALERSHIP AFTER DEALERSHIP DAMAGED VEHICLE HOOD LOCK. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED HE SAT AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF, ONLY TO BE TOLD THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO OPEN THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONSUMER BELIEVED SOMEONE JAMMED THE HOOD LOCK, SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO HONOR THE RECALL.
