Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN JERKING AND STALLED. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ALSO ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER AND SHIFTED INTO PARK, AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN SHAKING WHILE IN PARK. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO RESTART THE VEHICLE AND THE STALLING FAILURE CEASED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER, WHO STATED THAT THE THROTTLE BODY WAS DEFECTIVE AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT DID NOT HAVE ANY REPAIRS PERFORMED ON THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,677. RETURNED BY USPS ON 11-15-2013. SECOND ATTEMPT ON 11-20-2013 FAILED. *KB
