TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA CRV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR LOCK FAILED AND WOULD NOT OPEN MANUALLY OR WITH THE KEY FOB. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A CERTIFIED MECHANIC, WHO STATED THAT THE PARTS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE ON BACK ORDER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 64,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 93,000.
