THE CAR ACTS AS IF THE STEERING IS STICKING OR LOCKING UP> YOU HAVE TO PULL ON THE STEERING WHEEL HARD TO LEFT OR RIGHT TO GET THE WHEELS TO TURN. YOU MUST BE VERY CARE AND KEEP YOUR MIND ON WHAT YOU ARE DOING AT ALL TIMES OR YOU COULD BE IN CRASH. *TR
