TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 BUICK ENCLAVE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE AT A STOP SIGN, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO CONTROL THE VEHICLE AND CRASHED INTO THE SIDE OF A HOUSE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT T WAS NOT FILED. THERE VEHICLE WAS NEITHER DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,000.
