TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 VICTORY CROSS COUNTRY MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 80 MPH, THE REAR TIRE SEIZED UNEXPECTEDLY. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO KEEP THE BIKE UP. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INJURED. THE BIKE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN CONFIRMED THAT THE REAR TIRE HAD SEIZED BUT DID NOT PROVIDE A REASON AS TO WHY THE FAILURE OCCURRED. THE BIKE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 185. UPDATED 11/29/13*LJ
