Consumer Description
TL- THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 CHRYSLER 300 EQUIPPED WITH A WEBASTO HOLLANDIA SERIES 740 AFTER MARKET SUN ROOF. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE SUN ROOF SUDDENLY SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHERE THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DIAGNOSED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,200. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. KMJ
