Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD TAURUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE FROM A STOP SIGN, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO MOVE FORWARD. AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO ACCELERATE FORWARD AND IN REVERSE, THE VEHICLE STILL WOULD NOT MOVE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE AND UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT DIAGNOSED THAT THE TORQUE CONVERTER WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED.
