TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HEARD A LOUD BANGING NOISE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD. UPON INSPECTION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED THAT THE SPARK PLUG HAD BECOME LOOSE AND HAD EJECTED FROM THE CYLINDER HEAD. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 106,800. ...UPDATED 11-12-13 *BF ACCORDING TO THE INVOICE, THE #2 SPARK PLUG BLEW OUT OF THE HEAD.
