TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR FRAME WAS RUSTED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED PREVIOUSLY FOR THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DEEMED UNSAFE TO DRIVE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 91,232.
