TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 DODGE GRAND CARAVAN. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HAVING THE VEHICLE REPAIRED, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE STRUT TOWERS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE STRUT TOWERS WERE UNABLE TO BE REPAIRED DUE TO EXCESSIVE RUST. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED ABOUT THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 206,000.
