AFTER WASHING AND WAXING MY TRUCK I NOTICED THAT ON BOTH OF THE BACK FENDERS THE PAINT IS STARTING TO BUBBLE UP AND THERE APPEARS TO BE RUST COMING OUT OF THE BUBBLES.
