Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH A WRENCH ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT SHUT THE VEHICLE OFF AND RESTARTED IT. THE WRENCH WAS NO LONGER ILLUMINATED AND THE CONTACT DROVE HOME. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO STATED IF THE WRENCH WAS NOT ILLUMINATED THEY COULD NOT DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE DEALER DID NOT DIAGNOSE NOR REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER AND FILED A COMPLAINT. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
