Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THE DASHBOARD POPPED UP AND SEPARATED FROM THE AIR BAG. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO STATED THAT IS WAS A MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE DASHBOARD WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND WAS TOLD THAT THE DASHBOARD WAS NOT UNDER WARRANTY OR RECALL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 44,000.
