Consumer Description

THE HEATING ELEMENT IN THE FRONT PASSENGER HEATED SEAT HAS STARTED TO BURN THROUGH THE SEAT. I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AND BECAUSE THE CAR IS BEYOND THE 3 YR/36,000 MILES WARRANTY, CHRYSLER WILL NOT COVER THE REPAIR. I AM CONCERNED THAT SOMEONE COULD BE BURNED OR THAT THE SEAT COULD CATCH FIRE BECAUSE OF THIS ISSUE AND BELIEVE IT IS ENOUGH OF A SAFETY CONCERN TO FILE A COMPLAINT. *TR
