Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS 2006 MAZDA, MAZDA6. THE CONTACT STATED THAT BOTH PLASTIC HEADLIGHT LENSES BECAME OXIDIZED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC, WHO STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY WOULD NOT TO BE REPLACED OR THEY WOULD HAVE TO RESURFACE THE HEADLIGHT LENSES TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
