TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 ACURA MDX. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AFTER PARKING THE VEHICLE, THE VEHICLE INDEPENDENTLY SHIFTED INTO DRIVE AND ROLLED DOWN A RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAY. THE REAR BUMPER OF THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO A TREE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSIS BUT THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 118,000. *TR
