Consumer Description

VEHICLE DISPLAYED MESSAGE SERVICE ENGINE FAULT SERVICE ENGINE NOW ON START UP. IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN AND RESTARTED. MESSAGE WENT AWAY. NEXT DAY VEHICLE DISPLAYED SAME MESSAGE AND THEN BEGAN JERKING SEVERELY. TAKEN TO FORD DEALER. FORCED TO PAY FOR RENTAL! VEHICLE HAS 6800 MILES! DEALER NEVER GETS BACK TO ME WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL. TRIED TELLING ME TO TAKE VEHICLE BACK WITHOUT THEM FIXING IT. SERIOUS SAFETY RISK AS VEHICLE JERK AND HESITATES UNCONTROLLABLY. VERY DANGEROUS IF OCCURRED WHILE ON ROADWAY. *TR
