THE CONTACT STATED SHE RECEIVED A NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 13V121000 (AIR BAGS, POWER TRAIN , STRUCTURE) SEVERAL MONTHS AGO BUT WAS INFORMED BY THE DEALER THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND NO ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL COULD BE GIVEN. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
