Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE RAM 2500. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH THE FRONT END AND THE STEERING WHEEL LUNGED FORWARD AND SHOOK UNCONTROLLABLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO REPLACED THE FRONT AND REAR DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE TIRES, THE UPPER AND LOWER BALL JOINTS AND THE INNER AND OUTER TIE RODS. THE FAILURE CONTINUED TO OCCUR AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 120,000. *TR
