Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY WHEN THE VEHICLE HIT A ROCK IN THE ROAD, WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO CRASH, AND ROLLED OVER. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED BRUISING AND THE PASSENGER SUSTAINED A BROKEN LEFT SHOULDER. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AND THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 12,000. *TR
